Electric Scooter

Quite similar to the small fold up aluminum scooter every one has except this is a bit heavier and has a 24 volt motor. The original design had 2 gear ratios that could be selected depending on which direction the motor was rotating. On the motor shaft are 2 pulleys but one only will grip when the motor turns in one direction and the other will grip for the other direction, belts going to different sized pulleys on the axial allow for two different ratios. I was only able to get one gear to work because I only have one decent belt, the other slips.
